Desiccated coconut is made from the flesh of mature, fresh coconuts. It is consumed globally in the preparation of bakery, confectionery and other food products. Our desiccated coconut is made from only carefully selected fresh coconuts of the finest quality from Southeast Sulawesi.

In Southeast Sulawesi, especially in Kendari City which is a leading coconut producing area in Indonesia, there are large factories that produce dry coconut of the highest quality. Located in Moramo, this Mill uses carefully selected, fresh, ripe and high quality coconuts to produce desiccated coconut. Produces high fat desiccated coconut which is suitable for bakery products and confectionery as well as all other forms of cooking. Dry coconut is well dried evenly, has a pleasant coconut taste and aroma, and has a pure white color that is free from color or material impurities.
